USAID Strengthening Tenure and Resources Rights Indefinite Quantity Contract

ME&A holds the USAID Strengthening Tenure and Resources Rights (STARR) IQC as a subcontractor to Tetra Tech International Development. STARR is a five-year program designed to address resource tenure issues in support of key U.S. Government strategic objectives synthesized into four technical areas: securing resources right and improving resource governance, learning and appraisal, training, and knowledge management and communications. STARR provides short- and long-term technical assistance in response to the needs and opportunities available for improving security of property rights and increasing land access.

ME&A participated in the Kosovo Property Rights Program with Tetra Tech.
