Aisha Hussain, MPH

Project Manager, GH EvaLS

Aisha Hussain supports the USAID-funded Global Health Evaluation and Learning Support Activity (GH EvaLS) as a Project Manager. GH EvaLS provides evaluation, assessment, and learning support for health-related projects and activities at USAID/Washington and USAID Missions. She is responsible for supporting GH EvaLS teams in implementing activities within budget, established time frames, and quality standards.

Ms. Hussain brings to ME&A experience  working with USAID and nongovernmental organizations on global health and qualitative methods; nutrition, maternal, and child health; and water, sanitation, and hygiene projects in Africa, Central America and the Caribbean, Asia, and the Middle East. Her expertise includes assessing programmatic impact, conducting research and data analysis, focusing on process improvement, and developing reports for diverse audiences.

Ms. Hussain holds a Master’s in Public Health – Global Health Program Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation from George Washington University and dual B.S. degrees in Community Health and Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a Certified Health Education Specialist.
