Monica Jerbi is a senior communications and knowledge management professional with more than 30 years of experience, most of it with an international or multi-cultural focus. Her expertise includes designing and implementing behavioral, attitudinal, and informational communication campaigns as well as researching, writing, editing, and designing print and digital outreach products. She has served on the ME&A communications and knowledge management team since 2017 – first as a consultant and most recently as communications manager. In these roles, she creates print and digital communications products for ME&A’s USAID projects and corporate marketing.
Before joining ME&A, Ms. Jerbi consulted on campaign design and implementation, print and digital communications products, and technical proposals for more than a decade for multiple USAID contractors, nonprofits, and consulting firms. Her clients included NetHope, Casals & Associates, Moonshot Global, International Decision Strategies, and Wikistrat. Earlier in her career, she served as a senior associate for Casals & Associates, communications manager on the USAID Environment Information Clearinghouse under PADCO, and as a proposal supervisor and coordinator for multiple USAID contractors. Ms. Jerbi holds a Master of International Service in International Communication and Transnational Crime/Corruption from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Western Washington University. She speaks English and French.
