The principal methodology of the evaluation consisted of qualitative data from field interviews and focus groups discussions with key informants, stakeholders and beneficiaries of the project. The MSME 2/BEE project was dedicated to help micro, small and medium enterprises in rural areas in Cambodia increase their productivity and enhance the business enabling environment.
