ME&A Awarded USAID Monitoring & Evaluation IDIQ

USAID awarded ME&A the Policy, Planning and Learning-Learning, Evaluation and Research (PPL-LER) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide evaluation, monitoring and assessment services for USAID missions and offices worldwide. This is a multiple award IDIQ with an overall ceiling of $455 million.

This is a follow-on contract to USAID’s Evaluation Services IQC, which ME&A held from September 2009 through March 2015. During this period, ME&A conducted more than 55 evaluations and assessments in over 25 countries for USAID, MCC and the U.S. Department of State under USAID’s Evaluation Services and Caucasus Mission Evaluation IQCs, MOBIS and other federal contracts.
